Got the Win in my redemption fight in my hometown of Toronto at UFC 140. I won by unanimous decision against Nik Lentz who is a very tough opponent and I wish him the best in the future. I would like to thank all my trainers, training partners, family, friends and all of my sponsors.

It was a great experience to fight in Toronto and to feel the fans energy was incredible. Unfortunately I did not win this fight. I will train hard and will be back stronger. I learned a lot with this past fight. Thank you everyone for all the support.

I really can't wait to fight in Toronto, this has been a long time coming. I'm so happy to have the opportunity to fight Ben Henderson, I think he is a great style match up and a tough style match up. I really look forward to it and I will be ready.
