I trained at Grant Brothers Boxing & MMA gym today. Ryan Grant is an awesome boxing coach and I look forward to training with him again.

Mark Bocek is now a proud member of American Top Team.
Mark has been training with ATT in Coconut Creek Florida since September 24. Mark is training hard for his next fight. ATT is like a family where everyone helps eachother.

Mark Bocek
Mark Bocek is one of Canada's first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belts and has been studying the art for more than a decade. He first studied under Rickson and Renzo Gracie and then moved on to Nova Uniao where he received his Black Belt through Joao Roque.
